○ When will you ship my order?
Your order will ship in 1 to 5 business days. Please note that this is not the expected delivery time.
○ What is the difference between this shop and your Etsy shop?
Here are some key differences between my website and Etsy shop:
- Prices are cheaper on my website.
- As a small business, I am charged less fees on my website.
- My website gets earlier releases of new products when compared to Etsy
- At the moment, Non-US customers cannot shop at my website.
- On Etsy all your purchases across different stores gets consolidated
- You may feel safer purchasing on a marketplace like Etsy but please do not hesitate to contact me if you have any such concerns or questions!
In the end, it is totally up to you where you feel comfortable to shop at :)
○ I accidentally typed in the wrong shipping address, what should I do?
Please contact me immediately ( with your name, email and order number ) so that I can try and rectify the issue. If I have shipped out your order, unfortunately, I cannot re-route your package which is why it is important to inform me ASAP if there are errors in your mailing address.
○ When will I receive my order?
Due to shipping restrictions, please expect your mail to arrive at least a week more than usual USPS delivery times. While I cannot guarantee these dates, below are some estimated delivery times.
- Untracked Letter Mail: 6 - 12 days AFTER the processing time. Please note that you cannot track letter mail as it is shipped with a stamp
- Tracked USPS First Class Package : 2 - 9 days AFTER the processing time

○ Do you do custom orders?
Unfortunately, at this time, I do not do custom orders.
○ How often do you restock?
Sticker and paper goods are restocked every couple of weeks. Occasionally, I would retire older products in the store. Accessories are only restocked if there is a genuine interest in them. Since products such as keychains, charms etc cannot be produced in-house, I would need a couple of months to plan for their production.
